【摘要】:ThispartofISO23611specifiesamethodforsamplingandhandlingearthwormsfromfieldsoilsasaprerequisiteforusingtheseanimalsasbioindicators(e.g.toassessthequalityofasoilasahabitatfororganisms).Basicinformationontheecologyofearthwormsandtheiruseasbioindicatorsintheterrestrialenvironmentcanbefoundinthereferenceslistedinthebibliography.ThispartofISO23611appliestoallterrestrialbiotopesinwhichearthwormsoccur.ThesamplingdesignoffieldstudiesingeneralisspecifiedinISO10381-1(seealsoReference[38])andguidanceonthedeterminationofeffectsofpollutantsonearthwormsinfieldsituationsisgiveninISO11268-3.Thesedetailscanvaryaccordingtothenationalrequirementsortheclimatic/regionalconditionsofthesitetobesampled(seealsoAnnexC).ThispartofISO23611isnotapplicableforsemi-terrestrialsoilsanditcanbedifficulttouseunderextremeclimaticorgeographicalconditions(e.g.inhighmountains).Methodsforsomeothersoilorganismgroups,suchascollembolans,arecoveredinotherpartsofISO23611.ThispartofISO23611doesnotcoverthepedologicalcharacterizationofthesitewhichishighlyrecommendablewhensamplingsoilinvertebrates.ISO10390,ISO10694,ISO11272,ISO11274,ISO11277,ISO11461andISO11465aremoresuitableformeasuringpH,particlesizedistribution,C/Nratio,organiccarboncontentandwater-holdingcapacity.
