【摘要】:ThispartofISO228specifiestherequirementsforthreadform,dimensions,tolerancesanddesignationforfasteningpipethreads,threadsizes1/16to6inclusive.Bothinternalandexternalthreadsareparallelthreads,intendedforthemechanicalassemblyofthecomponentpartsoffittings,cocksandvalves,accessories,etc.Thesethreadsarenotsuitableasjointingthreadswhereapressure-tightjointismadeonthethread.Ifassemblieswithsuchthreadsmustbemadepressure-tight,thisshouldbeeffectedbycompressingtwotighteningsurfacesoutsidethethreads,andbyinterposinganappropriateseal.NOTE1Forpipethreadswherepressure-tightjointsaremadeonthethreads,seeISO7-1.NOTE2ISO228-2givesdetailsofmethodsforverificationoffasteningthreaddimensionsandform,andrecommendedgaugingsystems.
